Fly!

(I bid adieu to blogging for nearly one month, as I have to attend to certain important house-chores.And I sincerely thank those who find time to visit me here.)

Dreams cart us to yen
Yonder, we the dry leaves dart
 In the gust of air.

Fly, around flower
Displays signs of deep love; in
 Shyness blushes she.

While flying high in
Joy, forget not to come down.
Wage you get from ground.

Time-flight fails never
To take off and lands ever
Not; prolongs journey.

 Takes off life-flight from
Womb, travels over hills and
 valleys. Lands at tomb.

South wind rushes fast
To hug  black cloud; away she
 Runs shedding tear-drops.

He wished he knew then what he knew now!

Teen Depression

 Parents?

Are they my parents? Why didn’t they unravel it earlier? Had I known the fact then in my babyhood I would have…

" You would have..?  What would you have?” “Oh! *Appooppan.”
“.. ab.sco…nded.”

“See son, in babyhood one cannot flee and you shouldn’t at all now. How dearly they have been rearing you, they adopted you to fulfill their strong yen for parenthood. Now they disclosed it in your teens, otherwise umpteen mouths will tell you. They blessed you with a life. Without you they have no life”

“I am sorry,*appooppa, I promise I shall remain their meek son forever.”

* grandfather.

Present!

An infant's birth, the
Present precious most, brings
Grandparents grandeur.

 Exhausted is past,
Vague is future and present
Only is handy.

The cute gift, our life
By God on earth is priceless.
Unwrap carefully.

Sweet scent and cute hues
Of flowers ha! Are real gifts
From nature, enjoy.

 The license for source
Nature's, misuse we; repents
The omnipresent.

She realized that she could no longer hide the Truth!

When I sat to expand the topic in hundred words, two buds loomed on the stalk of  my thought process. I didn’t nip any and allowed both to unfurl here.

1        Friendship in Facebook!

That pleasant handsome countenance in facebook, with a forte, bearing a grin below the well-formed moustache, infringed upon Sangeeta's mind. Her curiosity surf-rode through comradeship, but reached no shore of acquaintance.

But that visage journeyed in her sleep and rouse, work and free-time, leisure and pleasure and everywhere. So she unfolded her heart and Raju reciprocated. Their love pining grew in size.

She couldn’t help divulging the truth. Fret-ridden and tear-jerking way she, “I am dumb, forget me, sorry.” She shut her laptop.

After a while with a heavy-heart she signed into facebook.
“We, dumb both, will row on the life-ocean together,” he.

2           Blood and Blood!

The conch trumpet echoed in air.She was in deep thought and walked frontward and backward. Her steps disclose the glumness of her ‘self’.

“ My own blood and my own blood will fight. Oh! How painful. I can’t bear this,” despondingly she thought. “I can’t hide the truth anymore,” she whispered.

She took feeble paces towards him. Her heart-pounding was audible. “You are my dear son, Karna; you and Arjuna are siblings.”Kunti.
“Me, a charioteer’s son, Arjuna’s brother?”

She exposed the truth.
“I will target only Arjuna, no other Pandava; then also you will have five sons.”Karna vanished.

The Fateful Sunset !

I have versified here a real unfortunate incident, occurred a year ago. Actually it was key-boarded a few weeks before, but now only it saw its space in the blog.

In a contented family the husband’s action-can’t say thoughtless or careless- led the members to utter glumness. The loss they endured is no doubt irrevocable. And  here it goes and now  please read…….

She chose not to load further
Mother Earth with her body-mass.
It had its size diminished a lot,
The wallet theirs,when became vacant.
In quantity lacked the food intake and
She opted then for a reside above,
Steering clear of her stay here petite,
And the family's delight set in dark sea..

Stood she, the bashful female
With her best-half, loving him dearly,
 As a walking stick supportive,
Or the spine keeping him straight
In days seemed rigidly hard
For survival and sustenance,
As they faced all disquiet on
The suspension of  husband'sjob.

For them too had every day,its day,
With bright lush green glee shining.
The well-knit flock of folks stayed
Sharing and bearing experiences
Both smoothing and smothering.
But couldn't they protect; the pillar,
The chief of the family from being
Slashed away his arm, by cruel funnetics.
His family had flourished well with
Handsome earning, sizable enough
To cherish their craves sensible
For a living luxuriant,yet nothing extra;
His offspring two and they both
Basked lavishly their love and warmth
Till the day of  that assault, when
 Everything theirs totally went perished.

How can a gentle man be chastised
Without shedding at all any light on
The matter he has to bring to light?
He was a frank professor; a question
He  framed for an examination paper
Not off beam, or erroneous, in the context,
But without understanding it well
Caimed his hand, his right arm.

The college managers callous alas!
Pitied him not and sent him away from service.
Unable to bear the pain of revenue's dearth,
Absence of repealing of husband's reprimand,
And concave cheeks of her offspring
Led his soul-pal to seek a suicidal step.
Took its slow pace the licit procedures
In proving the truth of innocent professor.

Bade she,her last adieu to her near and dear
Creating a void irreparable for rever
Drowning her soul-mate and next gen
In the ocean of downpour from their eyes.
Can these fanatics expect pardon
Ever in the sacred court of God?
No, never, no deed escapes unpaid
And also follows His verdict, his successors.

Sound!

 Speaks loud silence, when
 Shadow sorrows moment of
Of melancholy.

 In sky stage a mime
The stars and moon, no sound;play
 Universal tale.

Music mellows, the
Birds sing, enliven mornings
 And appease beings.

 A boon indeed, when
Music-tunes turn curers.
Ailing minds solace.

 Babies lurk for sound
Of lullabies, hornbills for
Rains.  O! How sweet.

 Pop group, the flutist
 Wind, violinist rain and
  Drummer thunder rock.
