The one thing that I wish everyone would learn is.................

The one thing that I wish everyone would learn is  patience in thinking, putting the thoughts into action,awaiting the result,interaction with others so that B.P will not go high for anybody, one gets into in acquaintance with.

    I was just thinking on this line after I vent my annoyance on the phone to my wife this morning.
